Ownership over hand-off

Whoever builds a module stays close to it in production — the person who designed your LOS workflow is reachable when you have a question about it.

Flat by necessity

Small teams solving hard problems don't have room for a long approval chain. Decisions get made by the people closest to the work.

Documented as we go

Every workflow, rule and configuration is documented at the time it's built, not reconstructed later when someone asks how something works.

Growing the team

We hire slowly, and mostly for depth
